We are now looking for a CNC Operator for our operations in Falun.

Your Responsibilities

As a CNC operator at Nordiqon, you will work closely with the production team to ensure stable and high-quality manufacturing. You will be an important part of the daily work where accuracy, technical understanding, and responsibility are crucial.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines
• Ensuring quality through measurement and control according to drawings
• Performing basic programming and machine adjustments
• Contributing to improvements for efficiency and quality
• Collaborating with colleagues in production and technology
• Maintaining order, safety, and structure in the work environment

The role involves significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence work methods and development in production.

Location: Falun

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator with a technical interest and a sense of quality. You are solution-oriented, meticulous, and thrive in a production environment where the pace is high and the demands are clear.

We prefer that you have:

• Several years of experience as a CNC operator
• Good reading and measurement skills
• Experience with setup and machine adjustments
• Understanding of quality and tolerances
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience with multi-operation machines, CAM preparation, or improvement work is a plus.
